Return Policies

Summary

Each product is printed as it is ordered – we hold no inventory. This means generally:

  • If a product is printed wrong, arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, we’ll replace it at not cost to you typically.
  • If a product is the wrong size or you just don’t like it, we typically can’t accept returns at no cost.

Please read the details below for our comprehensive return policy. In all cases, you have 3 weeks from the delivery date to request a return. When contacting us about a return, please provide the order ID, shipping tracking number, and if the products are damaged / incorrect, please provide pictures.

Damaged & mislabeled items

If a product is damaged, mis-printed, or was damaged during shipment, we’d love to make things right and send you a new product. Please take pictures of the damaged or mis-printed item and send them to us. If your item was damaged in shipping, please send us a photo of the packaging as well.

My products never showed up

If your products never showed up because the provided shipping address was not correct, email us and we’ll work to get your products to you. There may be additional shipping fees.

If your products are marked as delivered but aren’t at your house yet, the shipping company is the best place to start since they claim they delivered the products. It may also be worth checking with your neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to them. Please contact us if the shipper is not able to help you locate your products. There may be additional shipping fees.

If your products were lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work on replacing your products – typically at no cost to yourself. Generally, products are considered lost in transit if you see limited or no entries in the tracking log.

Size / color exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, our policy is to not offer returns as all products are custom printed for each order and we typically don’t have any inventory on hand. That said, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll see if we have any inventory and can make an exception, though there may be additional shipping fees.

Other returns
